BREASTFEEDING HELPER 2008 up to November 09: Trained with BFN as helper in 2008 and volunteered at a breastfeeding cafe in London. Currently volunteering in Rugby.
NCT NEWSLETTER EDITOR/COMMITTEE MEMBER 2007 up to November 09: Editor of NCT newsletters in London and Rugby. Layouts, writing, editing and commissioning. In London I dealt with advertising.
COMMITTEE MEMBER/ARCHIVIST 1997-99: Women in Publishing, London. Set up archive, organised/helped to run themed meetings and gave presentations.
ADMIN ASSISTANT/FUNDRAISER 1994-95: Drive For Youth, London (charity has been dissolved). I assisted the Marketing Manager and helped to train new volunteers in computer skills. Duties included: research, database creation/management and all other office tasks. Achievements: I helped to set up the London Office, to organise the House of Commons' presentation and raised GBP 10,000 through mail shots.
